Tushar Gupta specializes in improving the productivity, efficiency, resource allocation, and work processes in law firm operations to deliver sustainable profitability to law firms and consistently high quality to their clients. He has intensive experience in the complex and highly-competitive intellectual property sector.

Sarah specializes in internal operations, process analysis and improvement, and executive management issues in law firms.

Dan specializes in business strategy and related economic, political, and cultural issues in the legal markets of Europe with particular experience in expertise in the Central European countries of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. He is a member of the Walker Clark Central and Eastern Europe Group.

Fernando has more than 25 years’ experience in senior management and marketing consultancy to professional services firms. His practice concentrates on strategic planning, the development and implementation of marketing plans, feasibility studies for new products and ventures, law firm valuations, law firm profitability and general management coaching.

Lisa is one of the founders of Walker Clark LLC. She is an internationally recognized expert in managing complex changes in law firms. Lisa's professional background is as a counseling psychologist, with more than ten years experience in senior levels of business management and human resource development, especially in banking, and more than 25 years experience consulting to law firms and corporate and government legal departments worldwide.
