Many technically talented lawyers become partners or shareholders in law firms without ever getting answers to these questions.  As a result, most law firm partners today are excellent lawyers, but many lack a working understanding the financial implications of owning a professional services business.

 

Understanding Law Firm Economics bridges this gap. The principal components include:

  • a custom-designed developmental program specific to the economic structure of your law firm
  • two half-day business meetings --- one at the beginning of the program and one approximately 90 days later --- to explore in depth factors affecting law firm profitability and the individual partner's role in the firm's long-term financial performance
