Walker Clark, LLC was formed by a lawyer and a psychologist to provide a new approach to management services for the legal profession, especially those engaged in international or cross-border practice. We wanted to break the bad image that management and marketing consultants had developed -- and, in many cases, rightfully earned -- among law firms and corporate law departments.

More than half of our members and a majority of our clients located outside North America. All of our professionals are experienced in international business or legal management; and all of them are bilingual or multilingual.

We will go anywhere in the world to serve a client or to support a law society or professional organization. Our fees take into account the economics of our client's country and our fees also include travel expenses.

Even the shortest, most specific project includes follow up. Most of our active clients have been with us for more than a year. Some of them were clients of Walker Clark members even before we formed our firm.
We deliver world-class services at a reasonable price.
We believe that we should be responsible for the economical and efficient management of our engagements, not our clients. Therefore, we do not charge hourly rates. We do not ask our clients to reimburse ordinary business expenses. When our engagements require travel, we usually include travel expenses in our fee; or, if travel costs cannot be estimated with reasonable certainty, we set a fixed travel allowance at the start of the engagement and do not exceed it without the client's advance consent.
