Negotiations for Lawyers presents a fresh, highly successful approach to
negotiations. Based on research into the effect of individual personality
type and emotional intelligence on business success, this core skills
development program offers methods, tools, and strategies that anyone can use to
negotiate better results for oneself, for the firm, or for a client.
This
program includes a half-day focused business meeting, during which we apply the
skills and methods to real-life situations in firm's various business and
professional relationships. Each participant also receives individual coaching and
support from a Walker Clark consultant as he or she applies these skills in
everyday practice, using Walker Clark's Living Case Study methodology. The
firm also measures the effects and impacts of its Negotiations for Lawyers experience, using practical, reliable business and financial metrics.
